The first has a large 160*190 bed, The second has two single 80*190 beds that can be combined on prior request into a large 160 bed, with a communicating bathroom, separate toilets, a living room with TV and Wifi, and a fully equipped open kitchen:

It is strongly recommended not to park one's vehicle in the street of the apartment on the evenings before these 2 days (at the risk of finding one's car towed away...)

She will also be able to advise you on places to go, restaurants to visit, museums to see and hidden places in La Rochelle to discover!
