The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an ultra-secure residence, is a 10-minute walk from La Rochelle train station, in a quiet street with little traffic. Once you've arrived, you can do everything on foot (markets, bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theaters, cinemas, etc.).
The apartment has 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm) and en-suite bathroom with bath, double washbasin and washing machine. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a single bed (90x190 cm) above and a double bed (140x190 cm) below. The second shower room and separate WC are located in the corridor opposite this 2nd bedroom.
The kitchen opens onto the living room (with TV, WIFI and balcony with lake view) and is fully equipped:
